Construction of the Cregger Center is moving forward, and the building is beginning to take shape.
Some of the framing is up at the site of Roanoke College’s new athletic and academic facility, located at the peak of Peery Drive, formerly the place where Bowman Hall once stood.
This 155,000-square foot complex will feature everything from classrooms and offices to a 2,500-seat gymnasium, a fitness center and a 200-meter indoor track. It’s still on track to open in 2016.
